As a result delivery prices on art drop-shipping orders to the United States and Canada have been slashed by between 35% and 65%. We are also cutting delivery prices of frames to all of Europe by an average of 25%!

For drop-shipping you will no longer have to select the delivery option yourself for different countries, this is now done automatically for you. We use data on reliability, speed and costs to select the most reliable and cost-effective option to minimise your costs, whilst ensuring that your orders reach your customers exactly when they should.

(Please note: for online print orders, you still choose the delivery option, so you can prioritise speed for urgent orders).

Most of the time, your drop-shipping orders will reach your customers the same week they are placed in your store, occasionally the week after. Our data allows us to select the sweet spot to keep your costs down and your buyers happy.

Our customer support now operates 7 days a week, and so if there are ever any issues with a delivery, or anything else, you can get reassuring advice and immediate solutions.

New low rates for 🇺🇸 online print orders

We are not only a drop-shipper of course! We offer online ordering for printing, mounting and framing orders, distributed globally from our 3 fulfilment centres.

Your order is delivered fast with no customs delays or fees, and is 100% guaranteed to look identical whether it is produced in Germany, the UK, or the United States.

How can we guarantee that? Because we do not outsource any production of your orders. We do everything 100% in-house.

At the start of 2023 , we sadly had to withdraw the postage shipping option to the United States as it was proving unreliable when being handed off from Royal Mail or Deutsche Post to the United States Postal Service. This meant express couriers were the only way to get your print order delivered to you, which are of course comparatively expensive (but v.fast and reliable).

Since we can now send these orders from our USA branch, we are happy to announce the re-introduction of the lower cost postage option on print-only orders to the United States, plus some lower cost options to Canada too 🎉
